Modify/Cancel Order

1. Conditions of Modify/Cancel Order at Tuma Home:
+ You have 24 hours after placing your order to change your mind and request modify/cancel order if you wish.
+ Past the above time frame, you cannot cancel the order. Because the order has been sent to the carrier. In this case, please wait until the item is delivered, receive it, and follow the return steps outlined in the policy: Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Modify/Cancel Order?
Send email to support@tumahome.us with subject: “Modify/Cancel Order” + Order number. In the email, please provide the email address used to place the order, along with a detailed request regarding the modification or cancellation of the order.
We will respond to your request via email within 1-2 business days.

3. Refunds for canceled orders:
After receiving your cancellation confirmation email, please allow 3-4 business days for us to refund your original payment method.
