Modify/Cancel Order

1. Conditions of Modify/Cancel Order at Dacey Home:
You have 24 hours after placing your order to change your mind and request modify/cancel order if you wish.
Past the above time frame, you cannot cancel the order. Because the order has been sent to the carrier.
2. How to Modify/Cancel Order?
Send email to support@tumahome.us with subject: “Modify/Cancel Order” + Order number. In the mail provide the email used by you to place your order and detailed request for order modification/cancellation.
We will respond to your request via email within 1-2 business days.
3. Refunds for canceled orders:
After receiving your cancellation confirmation email, please allow 2-3 days for us to refund your original payment method.
