Exchange/Return & Refund Policy

The following policy apply to all products placed on Dacey Home
We accept exchange/returns and will gladly issue a refund to the original payment method for refund requests.

A. RETURN

1.1. Timeframe
You must submit a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, your items are not eligible for a return.

1.2. Item conditions
We only accept returns of products in the new condition as when you received them, that is, products that have been washed, used, worn or untagged are not eligible for return

1.3. Return label and shipping fee:

We will provide return label (prepaid labels) for any products: product is defective, customer wants return due to remorse. Customers do not have to pay any fees for return shipping. Customers need to download and print a return label.

1.5. Return methods
We accept refund by mail. The specific method follows the steps and details below:
– Send a return request to: support@tumahome.us, provide your order number, order email, picture/video of the product defect if any.
– We will review your refund request within 1 business day, then provide a return label if you meet the return conditions.
– Pack the items carefully and send it to the return address with the content: Dacey Home Return.

1.6. When we receive the return package, we will send an email notification.

B. EXCHANGE

If the product meets the return requirements, and the customer wishes to exchange the product, we are ready to assist.

You need send a request to exchange the product to email: support@tumahome.us with the order number and a photo of the item showing the problem. Dacey Home will review the case and provide a return label via email. Customer should carefully pack the item and send it to the above return address.

We will notify you when we receive the return item and check the return status. If a return is requested, we will immediately send a replacement item, you will receive detailed notification via email.

– Customer will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
– Customers do not have to pay restock fee.
– Customer does not have to pay the shipping fee for the replacement item.
 
C. REFUND

2.1. Refund conditions
We will accept the refund if the return request meets the above return conditions. You will be notified in writing via email of the acceptance of the refund. We have no basis to accept the refund if the customer does not send the returned item.

2.2. Return the amount
Refund amount will be equal to the return item price. In case of return of the entire order, the refund amount will be equal to the amount paid on the invoice.

2.3. Refund time & method
After receiving the refund acceptance notice from daceyhome.com, if you are eligible for a refund, please allow 3-4 business days for us to refund you. We will refund your original payment method. 
After the above timeframe, if you still see the refund amount not on your balance sheet, please email us at support@tumahome.us
