Shipping Policy

Product: All products are available at Tuma Home.

Shipping from: 605 Oak Hill Dr, Southlake, Texas 76092, United States.

Working Times: Monday-Saturday/9am-6pm Central Time (excluding holidays).

HOW MANY IS SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping fee vary depending on the shipping location.

Shipping fee is calculated as follows:

+ Standard US shipping: $4.95 per order.

+ Standard International Shipping: $14.95 per order.

You can order as many items as you like and will never have to pay us more than the fixed shipping fee.

For international orders, the shipping fee does not include import duties, VAT, or any local taxes and fees in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these taxes and fees upon delivery.

HOW LONG WILL BUYERS RECEIVE THE ORDER?

a. Processing Time:
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time will be processed on the next business day.

b.  Transit Time:
Standard shipping applies:
+ 4-7 business days for United States.
+ 7-25 business days for International.
*An order has a change of delivery address, we will process it within 3 business days.

ABOUT LATE DELIVERY

Most of the orders are shipped on time. In some rare cases, your order may be delayed for the following reasons: Incorrect address; Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units; Severe weather conditions; International clearance.

CAN ORDERS BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

After the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email.
